Terms of Service

1. The service

Maydon is a platform that connects people who want to play sports. Players can host games, apply to join games hosted by others, rate each other, and add friends. Maydon provides the matchmaking tool only — we are not a party to any game, booking, or arrangement made between players.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information in the registration and profile forms and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• One person may hold one account. We may suspend accounts that are fake, duplicated, or misused.

3. Hosting and joining games

• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of the match details they publish (sport, level, time, location).
• Hosts decide which applicants to accept or decline. Maydon does not guarantee that any game will take place.
• Any venue booking, payment, or cost sharing between players is solely between those players unless Maydon expressly provides a booking feature.
• You play sports at your own risk. Maydon is not responsible for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from games arranged through the platform.

4. Ratings, reviews, and content

You retain ownership of the content you post (bio, photos, reviews) but grant Maydon a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. Content must be lawful and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Post false information, impersonate others, or create misleading profiles.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or any purpose unrelated to finding sports partners.
• Attempt to access other users’ data or interfere with the operation of the service.

6. Early access benefits

Promotional benefits offered to early members (such as the “Founding 1000” perks) are granted at Maydon’s discretion, are personal to the account holder, and may be modified or withdrawn for accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for other users.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maydon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Maydon after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
