Maydon is a sports matchmaking platform operated from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We help players find partners and games near them. For data protection purposes, Maydon is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly through our forms and features:

• Account registration form: your email address and password, or basic account data from Google or Apple when you choose social sign-in.
• Profile form: display name, city, gender, age, bio, and an optional profile photo.
• Match hosting form: sport, skill level, date and time, location, and gender preference for the game.
• Match requests and applications: your requests to join games and hosts’ decisions.
• Ratings and reviews: ratings and written feedback you give or receive after games.
• Friends: friend requests and connections you make.
• Communications: messages you send us and your notification preferences.
• Telegram bot: if you use our Telegram bot, your Telegram user ID, chat state, and the sport requests you submit there.

3. Information collected automatically

When you use the app we automatically process limited technical data needed to run the service, such as log data and basic device/browser information. We store your language and theme choices on your device so the app remembers them.

4. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To match you with other players based on sport, skill level, gender preference, city, date, and time.
• To show your profile to other players in the context of games you host, join, or apply to.
• To send you in-app and (if you enable them) email notifications about applicants, match updates, and join events.
• To operate ratings and reviews so players can build trust.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

5. What other users can see

Your display name, age, gender, city, profile photo, bio, ratings, and match activity are visible to other signed-in players in the context of games and profiles. Your email address and password are never shown to other users.

6. Sharing of your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us run Maydon (cloud hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure), under appropriate safeguards.
• Authorities or other parties where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. Some records may be kept longer where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

Maydon is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated notice on this page with a new “last updated” date.
